There are several ways that I invest in my own success in the real estate industry at Beazer Homes one of which is by the professional designations I have achieved. They include:
- CSP Certified New Home Sales Professional
- MCSP Master Certified New Home Sales Professional
- MIRM Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing
- CAASH Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing
I enjoy reading sales periodicals to keep myself abreast of new sales and motivational techniques. Some of the authors I follow are Bob Schultz, Tommy Hopkins, Dave Stone and Tony Robbins.
This year is the first year that the University of Central Florida has offered a masters degree in real estate. I am currently enrolled in this program and plan to start my studies in the summer of this year.
Do you have a sales team you want to recognize for an outstanding achievement? This award will be given quarterly.
