2010 Submission Requirements

The Major Achievement Awards Committee is pleased to announce FREE award entries for HBA Builder Members for the 2010 Major Achievement Awards program.

The following builders will be participating in the 2010 Major Achievement Awards:
        

Judging Regulations
Each entry will be judged on its own merits by a distinguished panel of highly qualified out-of-town judges, selected by the Major Achievement Awards Committee for their experience in new home marketing and related fields. The judges will make every effort to give an award in each category, however, awards will not be presented in those categories in which the quality and quantity of the work does not warrant a winner. Entries that do not meet the submission requirements may not be judged and may be considered ineligible for an award.

Eligibility
Products or communities built or marketed in Central Florida by HBA of Metro Orlando members between October 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010 are eligible. A builder or an associate (advertising agency, publication , REALTOR®, mortgage or title company, etc.) may enter. The entry in any category must have been completed and in full use at some time during these dates. Entrants must be a member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando. Individual award entrants must also be a member of the Sales & Marketing Council.
