Q: In the home building industry, what makes your company stand out?
A: Natural Stone Motif, Inc.  prides themselves on their excellent quality and customer service.   We understand the how tight the market is right now and have adjusted our business so that we could create a special granite and quartz program for builders, designers, remodelers and developers to work together to be more profitable in today's market without taking away from the quality and service. 

We continue to offer fast turn around times at a very affordable cost. Unlike most granite companies, our customers receive personal customer service including the option of having someone meet them at the granite yards to assist in their selection and the ability to view the layout and seam location prior to the fabrication of their job.  Basically, builders can hand their granite and quartz customers to us and not have to worry about that part of their job.  They can be confident that Natural Stone Motif will stand behind their work and make that part of their building experience a positive one.

Q: Why did you join the HBA and the Design Council?
Like many other HBA members, the reason we joined was to earn more business from builders, designers, remodelers and developers.  We also think that networking is critical in the business world.  We like the idea of getting to know other members that share the same goals and concerns for our industry as well as being able to build relationships that will last a lifetime. 

Q: What HBA and Design Council member benefits have you taken advantage of since becoming a member? If a new member, what do you plan to do?
I have used the mailing lists for specific trades and plan to get as involved as much as possible with the HBA.  I have joined the Ambassadors council, remodelers committee, designers committee and attended their meetings and events.  I have already developed relationships with several members and look forward to developing more.
