Green Building Advisory Board

Mission Statement

Provide leadership in the promotion, education, and encouragement of sustainable and affordable green building principles and voluntary standards for the HBA of Metro Orlando membership and their end users.

Objectives

• Think of programs that appeal to our membership that have a green theme
• Advise other Council and Committees on green programs that would be a fit for their group and keep them educated on up to date Green information
• Become an advisor to the President on cutting edge Green information that would be distributed to the Board of Directors
• Write articles for the HBA Weekly and HBA News to keep members informed
